Job Description

When it comes to taking care of business here at Vodafone – we’ve got it covered. Our Enterprise Operations manages our company’s business customers, offering fixed, mobile and converged services to any business. 
With us you will be responsible to drive new sales and new client acquisitions through indirect sales channels for B2B2C customers. You will retain and develop the existing customer base through upselling and cross selling through various channels.
Key Accountabilities:

  • Increase the B2B2C sales & revenue and accounts penetration
  • Manage Sr. Sales and indirect sales channels that will sell Vodafone products and services to B2B2C customers
  • Insure the sales quality, training and develop the sales skills.
  • Manage relations between Vodafone, indirect sales partners and business entities including planning and sales
  • Ensure that indirect sales partners abide to their contractual agreements and service level agreements (SLA’s)
  • Identify new opportunities within the market and coordinates this with concerned departments inside Vodafone
  • Run tele-sales activates ,SMS campaigns as deemed necessary
  • Set regular forecast numbers and figures related to number of new connections ARPU targets
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets as set by the B2B2C channel manager
  • Ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior is aligned to the our values across all our indirect channels
