Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in finance, business administration or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in procurement and category management in a recognized large-scale organization in the UAE.Previous exposure to projects that required maintaining high levels of productivity and self-direction, setting priorities and scheduling various activitiesPreferably, track record in supporting multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams on multiple simultaneous initiatives, projects and deliverables

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledgeable about procurement matters and standardsAbility to plan, organize and implement projects (define project scope, goals and deliverables as well as being able to evaluate and report the results of the project)Strong analytical skills with very good verbal and writing capabilityAttention to detail, accuracy and completeness and follow up on work outputsAbility to adapt to changing work environment and work prioritiesAbility to deliver high quality of work (reports, analysis and presentations)Effective interaction with people, willing to share and receive informationAbility to articulate ideas, challenges and improvement plans effectively

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package to effective use the required tools for presentations, reporting, analysis matrices, etc.
