Job description / Role
1-Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Progress reports.
2-Preparation of Baseline schedule, revised schedule with resource & cost loading.
3-Monitoring progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning..
4-Preparation of cash flow, charts and histograms on planning projects.
5-Updating the schedule based on inputs received from project team.
6-Identifying the delays causes, if any, and suggesting the corrective actions to the construction team.
7-Attending project progress review meetings.
8-Estimating the projects cash flow.
9-Preparation of internal Planning reports.
10-Preparation of issue log and update it.
Senior planning engineer min. 10 years of practical experience in high rise buildings and towers construction planning work. Preferably with contracting companies, at least 5 years in KSA. Maximum age 38 years.
Proficient in using the following software:
1- Primavera P6.
2- Microsoft Excel.
3- Microsoft PowerPoint
4- Microsoft Power BI.
Familiar with integration between above software, fluent in English both speaking and writing
