Job Role:Develops a yearly marketing plan and present it to the Regional Manager to help the company maintain and develop its rank in the business world in the regionCommunicates as required internally as well as with customers and suppliers on all aspects of marketing, logistics and commercial activitiesMaintains close rapport and good working relationship with all company customers and suppliersIdentifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales optionsSells the services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutionsMaintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvementsIdentifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitorsContacts potential and actual customers and send regular emails to inform them about the company’s services and promotionsCreates sales, customer service and marketing trend reports

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any related fieldMinimum 5 years of sales experience (at least 3 years in Shipping/freight forwarding industry)Extensive knowledge of market freight rates and UAE logistics marketProven record of sales success and in-depth knowledge of logistics products and servicesAbility to bring new clients and develops new accounts to generate additional revenueProficiency of MS Office applicationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsValid UAE driving license and own car is a plus
