End to end distributor management of key markets across the Middle EastFocus on sell in and influencing the distributor on sell outChannel management through the distributors : Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Ecommerce and WholesaleWork with the distributor on in store marketing plans helping them execute in the marketCross functional collaboration locally and with global teams on medium – long term strategies
4-6 years of GCC sales experienceMust have managed UAE either in a direct sales or distributor management modelIdeal preference for someone from consumer electronics, otherwise from within FMCG in the regionMust have distributor management experience – or managed key accounts at HQ level in GCCMust be an Arabic speaker
This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of sales and at least 2 years of distributor management experience in the region looking to join a fast paced autonomous environment and be part of a success story in the region.
