From small beginnings, our client has grown exponentially and now operates on an international platform. As they continue to expand their Asian and Middle East operations, they are seeking to recruit and experienced Administration Coordinator to assist with the operational set up of the Dubai office, coordinating extensively with their counterparts in India.

This role will assist with all day to day office administrative duties, but will focus heavily on the shipping and logistics aspects, including, import / export documentation, shipping, account management, bill of lading documentation, finance and LC administration, supplier / customer liaison and purchase and sales contracts.

We are seeking candidates who have UAE relevant experience and who speak fluent Hindi, due to the liaison with India. Through knowledge of documentation flow, letters of credit, shipping terminology and the ability to work competently on ERP systems is essential. As well as being fluent in Hindi, candidates should possess excellent language skills in English and have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, banking and finance departments and liaise with customers at all levels.
