Job Description

communication with clients & suppliers: follow up, invoices, payments … -Tracking process from order to delivery to ensure a smooth production and delivery process. -requesting quotations -handling customer requests -maintaining good customer relation -producing sales reports – landline operator – maintaining client records and updating client database -inventory check and update -invoices in coordiantion with accountant, petty cash -follow up and answer press request -follow up on legal docs -follow up on teams holidays and absence -update and prepare sales documents -social media updates (facebook, instagram, linked in) -in house website updates – furniture and interior design ability is a plus

Skills

-Have a precise, focused and efficient mind – English and French writing and speaking – be able to deliver fast under pressure – think creativly – design enthousiate & art passionate – be organised and methodical -be proactive and able to take initiatives when needed -to know how to put priorities
