Job Description

HRMS leave entry approval

  • Approving sick leaves
  • Rejecting sick leaves & informing staff with the reason & deadlines
  • Record planned leaves in HRMS
  • Follow up regarding exit permit
  • HRMS leave entry approval

 Leaves Management:

  • Maintaining 12-month leave plan
  • Providing leave percentage to supervisors
  • Publishing monthly approved leaves prior one month
  • Following up for exit permits for approved earned leaves & OFF sets

 New joiners:

  • Collect personal details
  • Scan QID and forward to training team
  • Inform Supervisors & concerned teams
  • Update manpower


  • Track new joiners, exits, suspensions, internal / external transfers, promotions
  • Maintaining the headcount for all staff
  • Maintaining the staff details


  • Informed concerned team to remove access for exited staff
  • Follow up on Legal documents submission of staff
