Take the lead in monitoring all activities within kitchen area and staff

Maintain overall safety of kitchen staff and establish proper food handling techniques

Prepare signature dishes

Promote efficient preparation of dishes

Plan and prepare food products orders to maintain appropriate stock levels

Approve and polish dishes before they reach the customer

Determine food inventory needs, stocking and ordering

Create menu items, recipes and develop dishes ensuring variety and quality

Open to Any nationals

Male, 40 years old and below

Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary or any related courses

Minimum 1 year of experience in central kitchen environment

Must be willing to work 6 days a week and can render overtime if needed

Must be able to get a sign NOC (No Objection Certificate) from current or previous employer

Excellent leadership and management skills

Great cooking skills and attention to detail

Must be currently residing in the UAE and willing to relocate in KSA

Good communication skills
