Our client is a leading law firm with regional offices. They are now seeking to recruit an ‘Executive Assistant’ for their head office in Beirut, Down-Town.
Some of the job responsibilities include the following:
-Organize and manage internal and external meetings and ensure all necessary requirements are available.
-Attend meetings, draft and circulate comprehensive MoM.
-Prepare communications on behalf of Senior Partner.
-Provide daily secretarial assistance.
-Act as first point of contact between the Senior Partner and internal/external stakeholders.
-Minimum 7 years of experience in similar role.
-Excellent MS Office knowledge.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong command of English, French and Arabic.
-Strong personality and ability to take the initiative.
