Charterhouse is working with a five star hotel and residential development, part of a five star international brand, who are looking to hire a Director Operations – Beach Club in Jordan to join their team. You will report directly to the General Manager of the development and work closely with the owning company.
Your main responsibilities will be to manage the day to day operations of the beach club, a family destination, overseeing from F&B to kids club, activities and entertainment. You will be responsible for the strategic development of the location, developing a marketing calendar, planning activities, and overall providing the highest level of service to both residents and hotel guests at all times.
The successful candidate should have worked in a similar role at Director or Manager level for a beach club, multiuse facilities or within a hotel. You must have some F&B experience as well as beach and activities. The ideal candidate comes from a premium or five star background. Experience with kids clubs, water sports or similar leisure activities is essential for this role. You must be a charismatic, motivated and strong team leader, someone that can balance the business side as well as being the face of the location, working to develop relationship and memorable experiences for the guests. Preference will be given to candidates with Middle East experience however outside the region will also be considered.
