Job Purpose:
To design and develop quality and effective learning contents that aligned with company’s vision, mission and values, through proper requirement analysis, following adult learning principles and adopting best practices in learning & development to improve employees performance.
Job Responsibilities:

    • Learning Contents Development:

Design, develop and translate new learning contents by analyzing user needs, conducting research, and ensure alignment with business needs & best practices to create great learning experience and improve the learners’ competency.
Update existing learning programs by redesign, aligning contents with Panda Way and standard operating procedures, translating and simplify learning contents to assist learners’ understanding.
Provide learning methodology consultancy to internal customers by providing advice & options for learning approaches/methodology, based on learning objectives and requirements to ensure learning effectiveness.

    • Assessment Tools Development:

Create assessment tools for operations (theoretical & practical assessment) by creating, sourcing and selecting appropriate assessment methodology to measure the effectiveness of learning and development programs.
Introduce Latest Learning Technology:
Introduce latest learning tools and technology by recommending, selecting and adopting suitable learning tools & technology to meet Panda learning & development objectives.

    • Learning Program Delivery

Deliver relevant learning program by supporting the trainers in delivering the programs to learners to improve the employees’ performance and productivity.
Ensure the quality of learning programs by comparing/benchmarking the programs with best practices, visiting and getting the feedback from end users to ensure the learning programs meet the expectations.
Provide relevant reports on the tasks at hands by using the dashboard and templates to update relevant stakeholders with the tasks progress, utilization of resources and performance evaluation.
