- ·Build an excellent working relationship with colleagues, managers, senior Managers and directors
- Work closely with the internal auditor in order to ensure that organizational processes comply with the requirements of ISO standards and organization quality requirement
- Review, revise & develop Admin SOPs & policies
- Provide leadership, supervision and management for the hospitality & licensing and registrations admin functions.
- Review, revise and develop admin functions in all AGBL offices and companies
- Manages office expenditure and petty cash
- Manages travel requests, hotel, flights and visa arrangements processes
- Manages the renewal of company’s legal documents such as, trade license, chamber of commerce, establishment card, maintenance contracts and car insurance….etc.
- Establishes and monitors 3rd party contracts for maintenance/ repair and car insurance
- Manages the office layout, meeting rooms, employee break room and other common areas
- Monitors costs and expenses for the above
